- Initial Consultations: We offer free initial consultations to understand your requirements and discuss potential project scopes.
- Project Timelines and Deliverables: Project timelines and deliverables depend on the complexity of each project. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information promptly to ensure project progress as scheduled. Furniture delivery is subject to supplier availability. Delays in furniture delivery or construction will not be grounds for contract annulment.
- Payment Schedules and Methods: Payments can be made in multiple instalments. We accept wire transfers and credit card payments for smaller amounts.
- Deposits and Invoicing: Payment details, including deposit requirements and invoicing, will be specified in the project agreement.
Clients are expected to provide necessary information, approvals, and payments promptly to facilitate project progress. Failure to do so may result in project delays.
- Ownership and Usage: All designs, plans, 3D models, renders, and other intellectual property created by Bertrand Prestige are owned by us and can be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing by the client.
- Client Use: Clients may use the designs for other purposes or share them with third parties only if they have fully paid for the designs or the project.
- Data Handling: We handle client data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- GDPR Compliance: Bertrand Prestige adheres to the GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of your data.
- Warranties: We offer standard warranties on our furniture and architecture/interior design services.
- Disclaimers: While we strive for accuracy and suitability in our designs and products, we disclaim any liability for any inaccuracies or unsuitability for specific purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bertrand Prestige will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Mediation First: In the event of a dispute, we prefer to resolve it through mediation.
- Litigation: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through litigation under the jurisdiction of Paris, France.
